Begin by following the steps of Adding a Resource to Your School's Library.
Once you have selected "Spotify Podcast" from the Format dropdown, you will see podcast-specific fields including Podcast Duration, Language, and Spotify Embed Link.
Fill in the Podcast Duration in hours, minutes, and seconds. This information can be found on the podcast's Spotify page.
Select the language the podcast is in.
To find the correct Spotify Embed link, click the three dots next to the play, download, and add buttons on the podcast's Spotify page. Then select "Share" and "Embed episode" from the dropdown menu.
In the "Embed episode" pop up, click the "COPY" button in the bottom right corner.
Paste the code into a blank word document or note. It will look something like this:
Select the URL that appears between the quotes after "src=" and copy it.
Paste the URL you copied into the "Spotify Embed Link" field.
Click "Add Resource." You will then be redirected to the resource's page you can share with your community using the "Share" button in the bottom right corner.
